Washington USDA Home Loan Program - Granite Falls Zero Down

The Washington State USDA Home Loan Program is a great Zero Down financing option.  Contrary to what you may hear in the media, buying a 4 Bedroom Home for sale with Zero Down is still available, and not just for our most deserving Military heroes using the Seattle VA Home Loan. Another very popular ZERO DOWN home loan for non-military applicants is the Washington USDA Zero Down Home Loan.

The USDA home loan is for purchasing a home in more rural type areas and no, you don’t have to be a dairy farmer. Many designated rural areas are close to big employers & top rated school districts as this 4 Bedroom Home for Sale with Zero Down in Lake Stevens, WA and are easy to qualify for even if you have some credit challenges.
