So unemployment is looking up slightly,  and so is the buyer activity in my local area.  There seems to be a great demand for short sale homes, and the buyers are ready and willing to wait for the right home and deal.  The banks appear to also be on board with embracing this whole concept of short sales vs foreclosures, and the economy really needs to Move Forward this year, 2012, so that the housing market can boom-a-rang.

The Tale Of Two Cities

Two Cities, two different properties for sale.  Comps are different, style and amenities are different, but the Owners are pretty much in the same position.

Short Sale Avenue, want to get out of the rat race.  Too little too late, but on time for anxious new buyers.

While working short sales for the last year, it amazes me how many moving parts are involved along the way.  It is challenging, to say the least, yet the End Goal Always Remains the Same:  taking my fiduciary responsibility to my Clients Seriously. 

Keeping this in mind, it will be Worth the Wait in more ways than you can image.

Once Upon A Time

Once Upon a Time,  a woman yearned to invest in a home to raise her family and for future security.

She tolled night and day, sacrificing, saving, and working two jobs to get this dream home.

Five years later, she bought her home.

Fast forward, 10 years, and something changed.  Things got out of control.

Many setbacks, delays, mishaps and then depression set in.

The job was taken, the house was taken, and her life was taken.

Once Upon A Time, She was my Best Friend.  This is a true story.  My Best Friend lost in the sea of misfortune.

Making Decisions

Making decisions is important, but sometimes hard.  Should I or should I not is usually the questions one asks in the thought process.  Many things come in to play, such has emotional, spiritual, financial issues.  But everyday brings new challenges that require us to be constantly alert  to thinking things through logically so that decision-making is not so bad.

Making Decisions, think about them, make logical final decisions.
