"Glendale Home Closes at Almost $1 Million" (see link from the AZ Republic below) and sold by Swallows and Associates Realty!  This was the first home of 2012 to sell close to this price in Glendale.  The last Glendale home to sell in MLS for over $1 Million was listed by Swallows & Associates Realty and closed in October 2011.
