Experience Breeds Success
|
|
With every purchase, every sale, and every encounter comes a learning experience.
It allows you to be better prepared for the next deal.
Each client and cooperating professional teaches you more about financing a house, inspections, title work, or other aspects of the sale.
With experience comes confidence and knowledge.
Confidence in your abilities and knowledge of your field breeds success!

What is my job really?
|
|
Sometimes people ask me what I do for a living, and it seems like when I reply "Real Estate Sales" it just doesn't do real justice to defining my day to day job.
Most of what I do involves helping people. Whether it is a friend who has questions about buying or selling, or someone I talk to on the phone who is in a tough spot and doesn't know what the right move is. Sometimes my job involves administrative tasks such as pricing and evaluating properties, or simply answering phones and taking messages. No matter what though, Im involved somehow with helping another person find answers to their questions.
Its not an easy job usually because no one deal is the same. However, it is a rewarding job when someone gets the help they need in a timely fashion.
In the end I feel that this is more than a job than can be defined with just a few simple words. It is my calling, my duty, and my passion.
