Hill Country Ranches

Currently there are some premier properties on the Real Estate Market in the Texas Hill Country.  I have never seen the Premier Hill Country Properties at better prices.  We are beginning to see increased buying throughout the area. Though this is not historically a time of the year when we see increased activity the New Year seems to be showing the effects of long pent up demand..  This is definitely the time to BUY.  We are now having  substantial activity driven by International Investors. Fredericksburg, Texas is the center of the Hill Country activity.
