Most Realtors get on here to tell you about the market, I am not here to do that just yet. My goal is to tell you about Arizona. Today, Jan 7th, 2012 I woke up to a cool 48 degrees, had my Latte and now watching the temperture rise to a high of 75. Not bad for January, when most of the country is digging themselves out of snow drifts and fighting icy roads just to get to work or to the park to walk thier dog. Wow, we experience more sunshiny days than Florida, and do not have hurricanes. You can drive your convertible (top down) or motorcycle almost year round. We do get some rain at times, but not much, and yes we do get hot in the summer. You say you like to ski, that is snow ski, we have mountains in the north and south that offer ski resorts, when you can ski in the morning and be in your pool enjoying warm afternoons the same day. You can't do that anywhere else. Ski resorts, Arizona boost the furthers south ski resort on Mt. Lemon just north of Tucson and if you want to go north we have Flagstaff.
