I couldn't believe it myself! When my favorite lender came by to tell me that some of my high end listings in Oak Hills, CA were eligible for zero down financing, I must admit, I was happily surprised.
In Real Estate, it's easy to get jaded by all of the 'come and go' niche products that sound really good, but really don't do many people any good.
This particular program seems to be the exception to that rule! To qualify, you need a FICO of only 640, and cannot make more than $78,500 gross income per year. There are other qualification considerations, so it's best to get prequalified by our professional before getting too excited, but for zero down, I think it's worth it!
