Spring Home Buyers Come Early to Alpharetta, GA
|
|
An unusually warm January has prompted home buyers to kick-off the spring real estate market early this year in Alpharetta, GA.
The Alpharetta area has seen a rise in activity since October 2011 and has continued to increase through what is typically a slow period.
There are a couple of factors that have spurred this increase.
- One is the current mortgage interest rates and the rumors of increases to come in mid-2012.
- Second is Corporate America is once again transferring their employees and Alpharetta is a favorite destination for many transferees. The award winning schools, great neighborhoods, and area amenities make this an ideal place to call home.
- Third, I think is the realization that this market is not going to rebound as quickly as it has in the past. That as homes sellers they may have to take a loss on their current home, but as home buyers they should be able to see great savings.
