Finally, the sun breaks through!

Storms, tornados, rain, thunder and lightening,cats and dogs and Dorothy all made a pass through Pike County over the weekend! However, the sun is shining and the cool breeze makes me think of better days ahead. Having been around the block a few times, I know times will improve in RE, too. Foreclosures, short sales ,etc., are changing the way we do business and better days are on the way The one's still standing will profit the most......hang in there!

Spring is only one snowstorm away!

Where did winter go? Regardless what we think caused it, winter stayed north this year. I'm very leary of this weather...I suspect we are in for a real bad spell in February and March. Remember tje Marches in the past when we had 9 inches of snow and even more? Look out! Spring is just around the corner....get the snow shovel ready!!
