And thank you for visiting our site. I am excited to be operating my office, Pathfinder Real Estate Services Inc., in the rural community of Bingen, WA. With 20 years of full time Real Estate experience I am certainly seasoned to the ever changing Real Estate market. In a smaller community you learn quickly to service all types of real property, rural land, farms, residential, commercial, developments and everything in between. Each transaction is a learning experience. I have also learned that each individual is unique in their search and in their negotiating for the right parcel. My focus is to listen and assist in the process. Years of experience gives me knowledge in every aspect of the process.

I raised 2 sons in the area, and have encouraged them to invest in the local real estate market. They are now having children, my grandchildren and we are all looking to the future. The rural communities in the Columbia River Gorge and the rural schools in those communities are still the best.
