Very nice, possible offer here. Nice, but not what we're looking for. It's just okay. Didn't care much for it at all. There's nothing we liked about it.

What are your feelings on the price.

Super value for the price. Good value for the price. It's priced about right. A little too high. Way too high.

What are your feelings on the landscaping.

Great, couldn't be better. It was pretty nice. It's just okay. It really needs some work. What landscaping?

What are your feelings on the location/neighborhood.

Perfect, couldn't be better. It was pretty nice. It's just okay. Not what we're looking for. Didn't like it at all.

How was the showing availability?

Great, there was no problem. It was better then most. It was just okay. Could have been easier. It was like pulling teeth.

Are your buyers still in the market for a new home?

Yes, they will purchase soon. Undecided. They are no longer looking.
